Welcome to Coastlyn Luxury Yacht Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (coastlyn.com) and the services offered by Coastlyn Luxury Yacht Tours ("Coastlyn," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, booking our services, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
Some areas of our website may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or access certain content. If you choose to register for or access such areas, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The content on our website, including without limitation, the text, graphics, photos, videos, software, and all other materials ("Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Coastlyn and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Canadian and international laws and conventions.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written permission from Coastlyn.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. After confirmation, prices may still change if there are increases in taxes, port charges, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed fees.

Any changes to your booking (dates, passenger names, special requirements) must be requested in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability. Change fees may apply, and if the change results in a higher-priced tour, you will be responsible for the difference.
We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour, itinerary, or departure date due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or any other reason. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of:
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or loss of enjoyment.
We operate our tours with due care and skill. However, yacht tours are subject to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, and other unpredictable factors. The captain has the final authority to alter itineraries as needed for safety or other operational reasons. No refunds will be provided for such necessary changes.

Our tours require a moderate level of physical fitness and mobility. You must be able to board and disembark from a yacht, potentially in varying sea conditions. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, please discuss them with us before booking. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if we believe a tour is unsuitable for a particular individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastlyn's liability for any loss, injury, death, property damage, or other claim arising from the tour or website use shall be limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant tour. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

All participants on our tours must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal liability, cancellation, and curtailment. Proof of insurance may be required before departure. We reserve the right to refuse participation without refund to anyone who cannot provide proof of adequate insurance.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. By using our website or services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We expect all guests to treat crew members, other guests, and locals with respect. Any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of others, damages property, or violates local laws is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour, without refund, if they engage in such behavior.
Smoking is not permitted inside yacht cabins or enclosed spaces. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your tour without refund.
By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, or other recordings of you taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to you. If you prefer not to be featured in such materials, please inform us in writing before your tour departure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
